  • Vacuuming of drainage system.

  • Vacuum & brush blower wheel.**

  • Tighten electrical components & fan motor bearing.

Chemical Wash

Scope of Work:​

  • Remove the Aircon FCU cover. 

  • Remove the water tray & blower unit.*

  • Spray chemical compound on fan coil.

  • Rinse with clean water.

  • Vacuum the drainage system & internal system.

  • Wipe clean the interior unit.

  • Reattach the blower* & test roll.

  • Reattach the water tray & clean cover.

* Depends on model & condition of fcu.

Scope of Work:​

  • Dismantle the aircon unit to wash.

  • Spray the fan coil with chemical compounds.

  • Chemical clean the blower component.*

  • Wash & clean the water tray component.

  • Chemical treatment for the air filters.

  • Wash all the parts thoroughly with water.

  • Wipe & clean all the parts & components.

  • Assemble back the whole aircon unit.

* Depends on model & condition of fcu.

Gas Top Up & Condenser Servicing

Scope of Work:​
Gas Top Up

  • Unscrew the side panel to expose inflow/outflow valves.

  • Add gas pipe to inflow outlet valve.

  • Connect wire to refrigerant tank for gas.

  • Start gas top up. Make sure to not over top up!

Condenser Servicing

  • Ensures that all dust and dirt accumulation are fully washed away from the condensing unit.

  • Ensures that the entire condensing unit and its parts are fully cleaned.

  • Wash away the coil cleaner with clean water.
