Aircon Cassette Chemical Wash

Step 1: Bring down unit

Remove the hooks holding unit in place to bring the entire unit down. We bring down the unit for a proper, thorough wash.

Step 2: Remove cover

Remove the unit’s cover to access the inside blower, fan coil and interior of the cassette unit.

Step 3: Remove FCU

Remove the fan coil unit for chemical wash. Make sure to remove all loose wires and not to damage the wiring.

Step 4: Chemical Spray FCU

Chemical spray the fan coil unit – make sure that there is a thorough, complete coverage of all parts of the unit.

Step 5: Rinse FCU Clean

After letting the FCU sit for 5-10 minutes, you are now ready to wash. Gently spray and remove all chemical foam and dirt.

Step 6: Clean Blower

Remove the blower unit and rinse it gently to remove all dust. Vacuum clean it as well.

Step 7: Vacuum FCU

After letting the FCU dry for awhile, you can now vacuum the FCU in an up-down motion to not miss any spots.

Step 8: Wash Filters

Wash all air filters and rinse with water. Make sure to spray and remove all dirt that is clogged in between the filters.

Step 9: Vacuum Cover

Vacuum the last part of the unit – the cover. Make sure to go in a horizontal motion to ensure no parts are left out.

Step 10: Reattach Cover

Reattach the unit and you are done! Your unit is now properly chemically washed.
